Course Overview

The CEO Skills programme is a 16-week, project-based leadership curriculum designed for students aged 11-19. Aligned with the IB Career-related Programme (CP), it develops essential 21st-century skills through authentic, student-led projects.

Students choose from three project strands: Personal Leadership, Community/Social Innovation, or Business/Organisational Impact.

Programme Format

  • • 80-100 guided learning hours over 16 weeks
  • • Weekly taught sessions plus independent project work
  • • Reflective journaling and strategic reporting
